Directions
For children 1-6 years: take 1 tablespoonful (15ml) once a day;
7-12 years: take 1 tablespoonful (15ml) twice a day;
Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 tablespoonful (15ml) three times a day.

Ingredients
Each 15ml tablespoonful contains: Cod Liver Oil BP 1.48g, Capelin Oil 1.48g, Calcium Hypophosphite 147.7mg, Sodium Hypophosphite 73.9mg together with Edible Gums and Flavouring.

Cautionary Instructions
Shake well before use. Store below 30°C.
