Birds Eye haddock made with 100% fish fillet. Fish fingers is irresistibly tasty and full of goodness. It combines the finest 100% haddock fish fillet with delicious light and crispy golden breadcrumb to give you healthy and happy teatimes. Directions

Tastiest when Grilled Straight from the freezer. Place ensure food is cooked until piping hot. Do not refreeze after defrosting. 230ºC Fan 210ºC Gas Mark 12-15 mins. Pre-heat oven. Top part of oven on a baking tray. Turn over halfway through cooking. Cook until crisp and golden. Medium Grill 12-15 mins. Pre-heat grill. Turn over occasionally. Cook until crisp and golden. Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
