Barnes Naturals Apple Cider Vinegar is made from the natural fermentation of delicious cold pressed apple juice. During the traditional fermentation process, the natural sugar from the apples is broken down by bacteria and yeast and converted into alcohol (cider). This is then further fermented into vinegar (no alcohol remains).
Raw and unfiltered, our apple cider vinegar retains ‘The Mother’, a cloudy, natural enzyme, acid and friendly bacteria combination highly regarded for its many qualities. Apple cider vinegar also contains acetic acid, lactic, citric and malic acids, as well as. It is high in acetic acid, and low in kilojoules. With a simple shake of the bottle to disperse The Mother, your ACV is ready for consumption.
